Since our foundation in 2007, we have been investing private capital in properties with high business potential. Being real estate owners and developers makes us better investors, as we have knowledge of the markets in which we operate. Foundation
We began as intermediaries in the marketing of third-party properties.
2007
PORTA Grupo Inmobiliario
Investments
Third-party properties are no longer marketed; instead investments have begun through the acquisition of residential lots for building houses for sale, as well as properties for speculation.
2008
Property location
We began locating and negotiating strategic properties and territorial reserves in order to sell them to developers.
2009
Business structuring
We began structuring and investing in real estate businesses, primarily focusing on residential developments, while connecting capital, land, and developers.
2011
Operations in the United States
We started operations in the USA, investing capital in real estate developments and properties for speculation as a diversification and growth strategy.
2016
Corporate image
Update/rebranding of Grupo PORTA’s corporate identity and logo.
2018
PORTA Grupo Inmobiliario
Operations in other Mexican States
Investment diversification process begins in other states of the country such as Jalisco, Guanajuato, Chihuahua, Mexico State, and Quintana Roo.
2019
New business unit
The construction division for residential houses for sale is created.
2022
Income producing assets
We began with inverstments in income producing assets, developing and/or acquiring commercial properties in various states of Mexico.
2023
Company restructuring
There is a change in the organizational structure of the company, redesign of the corporate image, rebranding, focus on the professionalization of the business, and initiation of investments in the industrial sector.

Consecration of the company to Jesus Christ and the Blessed Virgin Mary.
